Mark Seremet

Mark Seremet is an accomplished Tech Entrepreneur, CEO and Marketing Leader with a knack for spotting big opportunities and turning them into success stories. He founded Paragon Software, later acquired by Microprose Software, and co-founded Take-Two Interactive Software - the publisher of Grand Theft Auto. Seremet has diverse business experience and has orchestrated two NASDAQ IPOs and a registration on the Nuevo Marche in Paris. More recently, as CEO and an early investor of GLD, he led the company to a lucrative sale to HIG Capital.

Mark has mastered growth through community and content, consistently driving innovation and results in technology and eCommerce brands.

Sarah Hoffmann

Sarah Hoﬀmann is a successful Chief Marketing Officer, “Founder Whisperer,” and Entrepreneur. She’s built and scaled brands at iconic companies like Nike, Converse, Drybar, and GLD, partnered with top-tier private equity to accelerate portfolio returns, and grew her own multi-million dollar consulting business, Hoffmann Strategy, from the ground up. Sarah combines strategy, content and data (she holds her CPA) to fuel profitable growth and unforgettable customer experiences.

Sarah’s spirit was forged in NYC, where she learned that grit, hustle, and savvy moves are the real keys to wealth and freedom. She’s passionate about helping others do the same – by building businesses and lives that they love.
